Гандбол

Гандбол (handball) is a team sport in which two teams, typically consisting of seven players each (six outfield players and a goalkeeper), aim to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing team’s net. The game is played on a rectangular court with a goal at each end. Players use their hands to pass, dribble, and shoot the ball, while also employing tactics to evade their opponents and defend their goal. The sport combines elements of basketball, soccer, and water polo, emphasizing agility, speed, and teamwork. Matches are played over two halves, and the team with the most goals at the end wins. Handball is particularly popular in Europe and has a growing international presence, with various competitions held at club and national levels.
